This is a great book I picked up in Hawaii. It is chock full of stories about Don the Beachcomber as well as some good food and drink recipes.
This is another good book from Beachbum Berry. Again it is full of Polynesian drink and food recipes.
Show us something pink.
We had these drinks at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel Mai Tai Bar in Waikiki. It is also called The Pink Palace of the Pacific. The hotel and just about everything in the hotel is pink. I had the Mai Tai and Staci had the Lava Flow. We decided to have a drink while we waited for the luau to start. They also have a Hawaiian Sunset Pink Beer. I didn't try one but I saw the bartender pour one and it was pink.
